I came into the gym to maximize my potential as a person. I’ve had an issue with my hip since childhood which significantly limited my ability to do certain things, and limited my confidence to try many physical activities. After struggling with this for most of my life, having to undergo hip replacement surgery was the catalyst for me to make a change in my life for the best.
Working out in the gym is something that I’ve always looked forward to trying, but struggled with.
