I’m a PhD-trained Biomedical Research Scientist and fitness coach with an unwavering commitment to helping every over-40 professional who is frustrated by years of effort put into achieving the physique they’ve always wanted. Just like you, I spent many years feeling confused and frustrated on my path in fitness. I worked hard at some things, less at others, and overall had a number of pieces missing from the puzzle. As a result, my progress was less than I expected.
So now, as a fitness coach and personal trainer, my mission is clear - to simplify the process for you!
And to remove all the guesswork based on the challenges I faced and the success I’ve had!
I’ve tried tons of online workout plans from the best websites and huge online fitness influencers. I’ve worked in person with sub-par trainers. I’ve jumped back and forth between hot new trends in nutrition and lifting. I’ve bulked up to a fat 235 lbs and cut to a skinny 170 lbs.
I’ve been inconsistent due to an incredibly busy corporate career, and I’ve also been the guy in the gym religiously year after year at 5:30 am! Through all the challenges and setbacks, I persisted. I learned.
