    • Vertical Push & Pull Session

    • Quad & Hamstrings & Glutes Session

    • Horizontal Push & Pull Session

    • Core Session

    • Optional HIIT and Low-Intensity Cardio Sessions

  • Cycle 2:

    • Back & Triceps

    • Chest & Biceps

    • Quads, Hams, Glutes & Traps

    • Delts & Traps

    • Core Session

    • Optional HIIT and Low-Intensity Cardio Sessions 

  • Demonstration videos and written execution instructions are provided for all assigned exercises

  • All training variables are assigned to prescribed exercises (reps, sets, tempo, rest period; weight used will vary by individual)

  • Pay close attention to the instructions AND NOTES provided for each exercise; monitor and track these variables in-app as they do vary from week to week

  • Depending on your current condition and goals, you may choose to incorporate cardio training into your overall regimen or not - for those who choose to add cardio training, weekly recommendations are provided

  • Couple your hypertrophy training and physique evolution with appropriately tailored nutrition
