HYPERTROPHY FOR BEGINNERS

Divided into two 6-week training cycles, all workouts will be provided within our custom fitness training app
A documented PDF overview of the program with general training guidelines to keep in mind is included
Each training day of the week will focus on a different group of muscles
Cycle 1:
Vertical Push & Pull Session
Quad & Hamstrings & Glutes Session
Horizontal Push & Pull Session
Core Session
Optional HIIT and Low-Intensity Cardio Sessions
Cycle 2:
Back & Triceps
Chest & Biceps
Quads, Hams, Glutes & Traps
Delts & Traps
Core Session
Optional HIIT and Low-Intensity Cardio Sessions
Demonstration videos and written execution instructions are provided for all assigned exercises
All training variables are assigned to prescribed exercises (reps, sets, tempo, rest period; weight used will vary by individual)
Pay close attention to the instructions AND NOTES provided for each exercise; monitor and track these variables in-app as they do vary from week to week
Depending on your current condition and goals, you may choose to incorporate cardio training into your overall regimen or not - for those who choose to add cardio training, weekly recommendations are provided
