Once you have completed Muscle Hypertrophy 101, or have at least 3-6 months of training experience under your belt, and you’re aiming to continue to build on your experience and the initial gains of the past few months of hard work, get going with Muscle Hypertrophy 201!
This 12-week, 2-cycle program has been designed to challenge and push you to the next level. Making progress becomes more difficult the more training you have under your belt, but MH-201 has been specifically designed accelerate continued muscle growth in early intermediate trainees.
The workouts have been custom built to focus each training day on a select muscle (or muscle groups) in order to optimize the balance between training intensity and essential recovery.
