Training and nutrition completely tailored for you!

  • Fully-customized training program from exercise selection to sets, reps, rest period, rep tempo and other training variables

    • Exercise execution optimized via written instructions and demo videos plus specific notes just for you!

  • Nutritional program based on your goals, condition and preferences

  • Calorie and all macro targets developed and adjusted as necessary

Leverage the power of our mobile and Web-based App!

  • All programs delivered in app

  • Includes exercise execution instructions with video demonstrations of most exercises included

  • Log workout sessions, nutrition data, and track physical progress parameters

As your coach, we will be in routine contact via mobile IM, in-app messaging, and weekly conversations.

Immediately following your registration we will schedule a FaceTime call as

  • An initial opportunity for me to better understand your training background, goals, lifestyle, nutritional approaches, preferences, availability to train

  • I will ask that you provide me with reasonably detailed information regarding your nutritional habits (which you may track in-app prior to my development of your program), and workouts to aid in the customization of your training approach

Following this conversation and with this information from you in-hand, I will develop a training program and provide caloric and macronutrient intake suggestions tailored for you with meal recommendations you can use to achieve these targets 

  • During our weekly FaceTime conversations we will

    • Celebrate your progress

    • Discuss any challenges

    • Plan for any necessary training changes or interruptions

    • Fill in any gaps in knowledge and generally identify areas where we may want to make tweaks along the way to your success!
