Full Online Fitness Coaching - 8 Weeks
OVERVIEW
Eight weeks of exclusive one-on-one online coaching
Customized training program tailored to your physique, goals and training availability
7-day information gathering period during which you log nutrition and training activities that will form the basis for crafting your tailored training regimen
Initial 30-minute video conference (via FaceTime or WhatsApp) where we get to know each other, discuss goals, challenges, preferences and expectations prior to program development
Weekly 30-minute video conferences conducted via FaceTime or WhatsApp to discuss progress toward goals, successes with workouts, difficulties, upcoming travel or fluctuating time demands and so on
Weekly program tweaks if necessary based on progress, challenges, or changes in availability
Full access to WhatsApp messaging with me
Customized nutritional advice regarding caloric intake and macronutritient targets (Information provided as reference examples only)
Program delivery via custom iOS and Android app
All workouts will be pre-assigned and delivered in app and available on your mobile device
Ability to track all workouts, body measurements, progress photos, and send direct messages to me in-app
