I'm excited to begin working closely with you to enhance your training approach and as you strive toward achieving your physique goals!

You will have access to our powerful custom app, in which programs will be delivered, exercise execution instructions provided, and video demonstrations of most exercises included. You will log workout sessions, nutrition data, and track physical progress parameters in-app.

As your coach, we will be in routine contact via mobile messaging, in-app messaging, and weekly 30 minute video conferences using FaceTime or other similar applications.

Our first video chat will occur prior to initial development of your training strategy,  during the 7-day period for which you are tracking and logging your exercise activity and nutrition. I will take that opportunity to better understand your training background, goals, lifestyle, nutritional approaches, preferences, availability to train and much more.

Following this initial consultation, I will develop a customized training program and provide caloric and macronutrient intake suggestions based on the information gained.  During our weekly 30-minute video conference we will celebrate your progress, discuss any challenges, plan for any necessary training changes or interruptions, and generally identify areas where we may want to make tweaks along the way to success!

 

This will involve a 7-day period of tracking and logging your exercise activity and nutrition. Simultaneously, we will schedule an initial 30-minute video-conference with you to better understand your training background, goals, lifestyle, nutritional background and preferences, availability to train and much more. Following this initial consultation, I will develop a customized training program and provide caloric and macronutrient intake suggestions based on the information gained. All training information will be immediately accessible within our custom mobile (and web-based) app, which you will also use to log workout sessions, nutrition data, and progress measures. Once you begin your program, we will routinely check in via real-time in-app messaging and have a scheduled 30-minute video conference each week to check in on progress, discuss any challenges, and celebrate your successes along the way.
